Research update--making progress!
Thanks to your generous support, our team continues to make real progress on cholesteatoma research. One paper has already been accepted for publication, several more studies are underway, and our work has been presented at a national conference. So far, our findings suggest that inflammation and changes within the tissue itself are closely linked to how severe and destructive the disease becomes, a step toward understanding what drives this condition at its root. Every gift helps carry this research forward, bringing us closer to better treatments and fewer unanswered questions for patients and families.
