Hi, my name is Jasmine, and I am dedicating my lacrosse season at St. Mary’s Ryken to supporting Johns Hopkins in honor of my Dad and Grandad.
Recently, my Dad, Jay, was diagnosed with kidney and lung cancer, and the incredible doctors at Johns Hopkins are working on a treatment plan for him. At the same time, my Grandad, Steve, has been battling liver cancer, and thanks to the care he’s received, his body has been responding better than expected. These two men mean the world to me, and watching them fight this battle has been both heartbreaking and inspiring.
I am so grateful for the doctors, nurses, and medical staff at Johns Hopkins who are providing my family with hope and expert care. That’s why I am raising funds to support their work and help other families facing the challenges of cancer.
Please consider making a donation - your donation will be equally shared between the Kidney Cancer Research Gift Fund, the Thoracic Oncology Gift Fund (lung cancer), and the GI Cancer Fund (liver cancer).
Thank you for your generosity, your prayers, and your support. It truly means so much!
