Johns Hopkins Care at Home: Pediatric Fundraiser with Tony Locos

Johns Hopkins Care at Home Pediatrics is one of the only home care services in the Mid-Atlantic area that specializes in serving children, with approximately 70% of those patients under two-years-old. They bring comprehensive, compassionate care to children and their families. The Care at Home Pediatrics team performs over 14,000 home visits per year.

Funds raised will help support:

1. Welcome packets for new patients and families to help them prepare for home care
2. Gift bags for children with items such as stress relief toys, pajamas, games, etc.
3. Continuing education for clinicians to advance specific pediatric skills for our complex patient population
