The Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center's Division of Pediatric Oncology is focused entirely on the research and treatment of childhood cancers. As one of the leading Cancer Centers in the United States, Johns Hopkins is at the forefront of developing new treatments and designing clinical trials.
Private philanthropic funds are vital to support innovative laboratory research initiatives being conducted within the core disease areas-- including hematologic malignancies, blood and marrow transplantation, sarcoma, and neuro-oncology programs--that require seed funding, designated to jumpstart a research effort by providing the proof of principle data needed to successfully apply for extramural or federal funding streams.
Your generosity provides the resources necessary for physician-scientists within the Johns Hopkins Division of Pediatric Oncology to turn novel ideas and concepts into tangible outcomes, bringing us one step closer to both discovering and implementing advanced therapeutic options for kids with cancer.
Thank you for your support!
