Bird Ear Study–Hearing & Balance

Birds rely on their inner ears for acoustic communication and navigation, but these processes are not understood for many species. Our research will provide a foundation for predicting how different bird species might adapt to rapidly changing environments and which species may be most vulnerable to noise pollution and industrial vibrations.

We are so grateful for your support of our bird ear studies! Your support means the world to us, and we truly value everyone who is helping to make this project happen!

Cheers,

The Lauer lab and collaborators
