Scleroderma Research Fundraiser in Memory of Grandma Lane

Please join me in honoring the 55th birthday of my mother, Stacey Lane Kaufman, by making a gift to our Scleroderma Research Fundraiser In Memory of Grandma Lane.

More than 30 years ago, Dr. Frederick Wigley (Grandma Lane's physician), recognized an unmet need to better understand and provide specialized care to patients with scleroderma. He founded the Johns Hopkins Scleroderma Center, pioneering the concept of a multidisciplinary center for a rare disease where patients partner in the mission of discovery to reduce their suffering and improve quality of life.

Today, Dr. Wigley is an internationally recognized expert in scleroderma and Raynaud’s phenomenon. His dedicated team of physician-scientists partner with other departments, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), industry, and global academic institutions to develop innovative medications and treatments aimed at earlier detection and precision medicine to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Make a donation today to support Dr. Wigley and the Johns Hopkins Scleroderma Center. Every contribution, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to a world where no one has to endure the suffering that my Grandma Lane experienced from this dreadful disease.

Thank you for your support of this fundraiser that means so much to our family.
