Our father, Jim Pryce, passed away in 2015 due to Huntington's Disease. Erin has recently begun treatment at the Johns Hopkins Huntington’s Disease Center of Excellence for her HD symptoms. Here is what she would like everyone to know:
“Kim took me to see Dr. Bang at the Johns Hopkins Huntington’s Disease Center because my symptoms have progressed. We went through a battery of tests to isolate my issues. She didn’t start me on medication, but she recommended psychotherapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy.
I have to go to a bunch of appointments now, but the clinic is trying to coordinate with other doctors to combine these into one visit. We would love to contribute to the Center’s worthy efforts with financial support!”
Please join us in helping Erin and other Members of the HD Community being treated at the HD Center. Our goal is to raise $15,000 from now until the end of May for HD Awareness month and in honor of Jim's birthday on May 12th. Every dollar will go directly to the Center for treatment and research to fight this horrible disease.
